Raising funds for a defibrillator
Train hard. Give back.
Join us for our open day as we raise funds to purchase a defibrillator. Take part in the JMS Total, come join in a class or even a coffee and a bit of cake.
Three ways in
Compete, challenge yourself, or simply give
Whichever one suits you, every pound raised ends up in the same place.
Event one
The JMS Total
An afternoon of judged workouts at the gym, scaled so a first-timer and a seasoned competitor can stand on the same floor. Every entry fee goes towards a defibrillator.

Find out moreWhy it matters
Every minute counts
The British Heart Foundation's own figures show why: over 40,000 people in the UK have a cardiac arrest outside hospital every year, and fewer than 1 in 10 survive it. A defibrillator on site changes those odds, long before an ambulance can realistically get there.
Every pound raised across both events goes towards a defibrillator.
Every entry, every sponsor, every raffle ticket
It all adds up to the same thing. Pick your way in and we'll see you on the floor.
